REFUND POLICY
At Mimmo Leather, we strive to handle all refund cases transparently and efficiently. When applicable, refunds may take 5–10 working days to process and disburse from our end.
Refund Deductions
- If an order is cancelled after dispatch or if the cancellation is due to customer unavailability, the delivery charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- For orders outside Dhaka Metro, the advance delivery charge (130 BDT) is non-refundable once the product has been shipped.
- During any refund process, applicable payment gateway fees will be deducted:
• 2.5% for Visa/MasterCard
• 3.5% for AMEX
• 1.9% for bKash/Nagad
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective products. In such cases, we only offer:
• Exchange, or
• Repair, depending on product condition and availability.
