CANCELLATION POLICY

At Mimmo Leather, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Once an order is placed through our website, our team will reach out to you for confirmation.

Order Confirmation & Auto-Cancellation

If we are unable to reach you within 3 days of placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled without further notice.


Customer-Initiated Cancellation

If you’d like to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please contact us immediately through our official social media platforms or via phone.

  • Important: If your parcel has already been dispatched at the time of cancellation, you will be required to cover the delivery cost.

Delivery Attempt & Return

Our delivery team will attempt to deliver the parcel for up to 3 consecutive days.
If the delivery is unsuccessful within this period, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

  • In such cases, the customer will bear the delivery charges incurred.
