DELIVERY CHARGES
- Inside Dhaka Metro: 50 TK
- Outside Dhaka Metro: 100 TK
PAYMENT METHOD
- Inside Dhaka Metro:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Advance payment via bKash
- Outside Dhaka Metro:
- To confirm an order, the delivery charge of 100 TK must be paid in advance via bKash
- The remaining payment can be made:
- In full via advance bKash, or
- In Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of receiving the product

- Inside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 4–8 working days

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return Policy
You may return the product directly to the delivery person at the time of delivery if:
- The item is in its original condition and packaging
- The product is unused and undamaged
Complaint & Exchange Policy
Mimmo Leather offers a 7-day complaint window for any manufacturing or material defects under normal use.
Please Note:
This policy does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse or mishandling
- Wear and tear from regular use
- Unauthorized alterations or poor maintenance
If any defect is found during normal inspection, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Based on the situation, the item may be eligible for:
