DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Inside Dhaka Metro: 50 TK
  • Outside Dhaka Metro: 100 TK

PAYMENT METHOD

  • Inside Dhaka Metro:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Advance payment via bKash
  • Outside Dhaka Metro:
    • To confirm an order, the delivery charge of 100 TK must be paid in advance via bKash
    • The remaining payment can be made:
    • In full via advance bKash, or
    • In Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of receiving the product

DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 4–8 working days

Our delivery partner will contact you via phone before dispatching the package for final delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

At Mimmo Leather, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an on-the-spot return facility.

Return Policy

You may return the product directly to the delivery person at the time of delivery if:

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging
  • The product is unused and undamaged

Complaint & Exchange Policy

Mimmo Leather offers a 7-day complaint window for any manufacturing or material defects under normal use.

Please Note:
This policy does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse or mishandling
  • Wear and tear from regular use
  • Unauthorized alterations or poor maintenance

If any defect is found during normal inspection, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Based on the situation, the item may be eligible for:

  • Repair
  • Exchange
