1. What kind of leather do you use?

We use premium full-grain leather, ethically sourced from trusted tanneries. Each product is handcrafted by skilled artisans and built to last — both in style and durability.


2. How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website: www.mimmoleather.com.
Select your product, add to cart, and follow the checkout process. We’ll contact you shortly to confirm the order.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • bKash (Personal/Merchant)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)only within Dhaka Metro

4. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 4–8 working days

Our delivery partner will call you before dispatching your parcel.


5. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

Yes. You may return the product on the spot if you’re not satisfied, provided that:

  • It is in its original condition and packaging
  • It is unused and undamaged

Simply hand it back to the delivery person.


6. Do you offer exchanges or repairs?

Yes. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we offer:

  • Repair,
  • Exchange, or
  • Refund, depending on the issue.
    Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

7. How do I cancel an order?

  • You can cancel any order by contacting us on social media or via phone.
  • If we can’t reach you within 3 days to confirm your order, it will be automatically canceled.
  • If your parcel has already been shipped, delivery charges will apply.

8. How are refunds handled?

Refunds may take 5–10 working days to process. Deductions apply for:

  • Delivery charges (if the product was already shipped)
  • Payment gateway fees (for online transactions)

Note: Defective products are eligible for exchange or repair only — not refunds.


9. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects under normal usage. This does not cover:

  • Wear and tear
  • Water damage
  • Misuse or unauthorized repairs

10. Do the product colors match what’s shown online?

We try our best to match real product colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and natural leather texture. Every piece is unique — that’s part of its charm.
