By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using this website or placing any orders.

PRICES

    All prices listed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and reflect retail prices. Prices do not include applicable taxes, import duties, or additional charges imposed by your local authority. Mimmo Leather reserves the right to correct pricing errors and adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Customs policies vary by country, and Mimmo Leather is not responsible for any charges incurred once the package reaches your destination.

    PAYMENT

      We currently accept payments through bKash and Cash on Delivery (COD within Dhaka Metro only).
      For security, all payment information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) via trusted payment gateways. We may request additional verification for suspicious transactions to maintain a secure purchasing environment.

      DELIVERY TIME & CHARGES

        Delivery times are estimated based on working/business days and may vary depending on courier service efficiency. Mimmo Leather will not be held responsible for unforeseen delivery delays once the item has been dispatched. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

        STOCK AVAILABILITY

          Some items on www.mimmoleather.com may occasionally be out of stock. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly. You may register your email to be informed when the product is restocked. We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item is unavailable or priced incorrectly at the time of purchase.

          PRODUCT COLORS & MATERIALS

            Due to differences in screen settings, product colors displayed online may vary slightly from the actual product. All Mimmo Leather items are crafted from premium full-grain natural leather, which may vary in texture and tone—these are natural characteristics and not defects. Leather products should be kept away from water and heavy rain to preserve their finish.

            SIZE INFORMATION

              All product dimensions provided on www.mimmoleather.com are measured externally in centimeters (cm).

              FORCE MAJEURE

                Mimmo Leather shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or government actions. In such cases, we will try our best to notify you.

                RETURN POLICY

                  If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return it on the spot to the delivery person. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

                  COMPLAINTS & WARRANTY

                    We offer a 30-day complaint window covering any manufacturing defects under normal usage. This does not include wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Complaints must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Upon approval, items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
